The world-class women's professional golf tournament steps into the 15th year. Honda and IMG, with support from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Sports Authority of Thailand, and the National Sports Development Fund, have joined hands to hold the “Honda LPGA Thailand” to celebrate the 15th anniversary and welcome leading professional woman golfers from over the world to win prizes more than 53 million Baht. The tournament will be held on 10-13 March, 2022, at the Siam Country Club Old Course in Pattaya, Chon Buri.

Honda Thailand always strives to support golfers through various golf tournaments. This event supports Thailand to be a leader of golf and encourage golf lovers to break through beyond their limit, as well as supports sports tourism that goes in accordance with the reopening plan by the government. This year, the tournament’s theme is “Beyond Greatness”, which aims to support Thai golfers’ potential and development to another level.

More than 60 professional woman golfers will join the tournament with 10 professional golfers as a guest; for example, Jeen Atthaya Thitikul, Meow Paphangkorn Tavatanakit, May Ariya Jutanugarn, etc. Another highlight of the 15th anniversary event is a souvenir exclusively designed by a famous Thai artist named “Jirayu Koo” to show that golf is not just a sport, but a lifestyle that connects people together.

The organiser attaches importance to the current COVID-19 situation, so the tournament is being held under strict preventive measures by the Ministry of Public Health to show the readiness and potential in holding international events under the spread of COVID-19.
