Guidelines for traveling to Samui for visitors from other regions of Thailand (Thais and non-Thais)

• Travellers must scan the “Samui Health Pass” QR Code or register on https://healthpass.smartsamui.com at Samui International Airport, Sea Tran Ferry’s Pier, Raja Ferry Port, or designated venues announced by the relevant authorities. 

• Sea or air operators must inform passengers and ask for cooperation to complete the information via the QR Code. 

• Business operators in Samui must designate the scanning spot for the “Samui Health Pass” QR Code, publicise to their clients, and insist that they complete accurate information. 

• Operators can refuse the service if the clients fail to cooperate.  

• Those travelling from the highest risk zone (Red) and highest risk and restricted zone (Dark Red) must quarantine for 14 days. In the case of those who provide a Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) test result not exceeding 72 hours, together with the required travel documents, they can proceed to the alternative isolation. *For domestic visitors who come from high risk areas in Thailand*

• For highly suspicious infectious cases, the officer can send the person for an Ag Rapid Test at the designated venue. Negative cases can then proceed to the alternative isolation. 

• Here are the measures for the alternative isolation: 

     o Wearing a mask;

     o Social distancing; 

     o Avoiding physical contact; 

     o Avoiding crowded or community areas.
